• Location Data: To enable Live Location Tracking and geo-authenticated attendance, we collect precise location data. This may occur in the background if the feature is enabled by your employer.
• Payroll Information: Salary details, tax IDs, and bank info for AI-Driven Payroll processing.

2. How We Use Data

We use the collected data to provide the features listed in our service brochure, including:

• Automated HR processes and real-time dashboard analytics.
• Processing flawless, fast payroll via our smart logic engine.
• Recruitment management and employee lifecycle tracking.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data as long as your company uses YourHRMS. Users can request account deletion via the app settings or by contacting their HR administrator. Upon request, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days.
