1. Use of Service

YourHRMS is an HR management platform. You agree to use this service only for lawful business purposes. Unauthorized use, including hacking or scraping data, is strictly prohibited.

2. Accuracy of Data

While our AI-Driven Payroll and Attendance systems are highly accurate, users are responsible for verifying final payroll outputs before disbursement. Sanpurnam Infotech is not liable for errors caused by incorrect manual data entry.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Intellectual Property

All software logic, AI dashboards, and brand designs (including the YourHRMS logo) are the exclusive property of Sanpurnam Infotech.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sanpurnam Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the YourHRMS platform.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
